The Product
The Clarity Gut Health Assessment
A six-week clinical product, start to finish. It pairs an at-home gut test with a clinician-led workup, and ends in a personalized assessment and care plan for the patient.
An at-home gut test. A gut microbiome and stool chemistry test measuring microbiome composition and biomarkers of intestinal inflammation and function.
A clinician-led intake. Written intake plus a 1:1 consultation covering symptoms, full history, and prior labs.
An expanded blood panel where helpful, to see how gut issues are surfacing in blood biomarkers.
The Gut Assessment Report. A structured clinical report with the key out-of-range biomarkers explained, the symptom picture, the root-cause findings, and a sequenced care plan.

Both options run the six-week Assessment for the same cost and deliver the same care plan. The difference is whether Clarity gathers its own intake from the patient, or works entirely from the records you already have.

No patient-facing Clarity visits. We work from the intake, history, and labs you upload, ship the gut test to the patient, then brief you directly so you can carry the findings to your patient yourself.

Clarity as your referral partner
A direct or co-branded referral. The fastest way to start.
We gather our own intake from the patient directly, a written intake plus a clinician-led consult, then run the full Assessment with them. A clean hand-off when you would rather have us own the gut workup end to end.

Patient signs a release form and they fill out a 20-minute gut specific intake form that we provide. You share historical Intake, symptoms, history, and existing labs that go into a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal so we can run them through Clair.

How Clarity gathers the patient's story
Path 1 - Recommended
No patient-facing Clarity visits. We work entirely from the records we receive in step 1.
Path 2 - Referral
The patient completes a 60-minute clinician-led consult with Clarity, before the gut test goes out.

The gut test goes to the patient
The same gut microbiome and stool chemistry test in either option, two tests in one box. The patient completes it at home and returns it within a few days. This is the patient's one Clarity-facing step in Path 1.

Week 6 - The Review
The review
Path 1 - Recommended
A 45-minute clinician-to-clinician consult between you and a Clarity clinician. We walk you through the assessment and the recommended plan, answer your questions, and prepare you to present it to your patient directly.
Path 2 - Referral
A 45-minute review visit with the patient, where a Clarity clinician presents the findings and care plan, as part of our standard process.
